Mike and his team sold our home in eight days in a neighborhood that was not appreciating. We could not have been more impressed. From the beginning, Mike listened carefully to our concerns and found ways to maximize our sales price. He hired an appraiser to measure our home and found more square footage than we thought we had, which got us an additional $5,000. At first, we tried selling our home by ourselves, and had no results at all. Then our neighbor, Charles Parker, told us about Mike Regan, and we realized we needed a professional to help us. Mike has been married to Stacey since 1992, and they have two children: Jackson (8) and Julia (6). They have lived in Raleigh since 1995. Mike holds an MBA in Financial Economics from the University of Rochester, and a BS in Management Science from the State University of NY at Oswego. He is an Eagle Scout and leads an adult Sunday school class at Bay Leaf Baptist Church.
